One-Integrated Service (PTSP) provided by Jakarta Provincial Government helps the citizens much. East Jakarta PTSP served 200 applicants per day.

East Jakarta PTSP Head, Destry Ernaningsih, admitted mostly citizens are proposing Trade and Business License (SIUP), Company Registration (TDP), Public Transport License (KIU) and e-ID card.

“The service given is transparent and free. If the documents are complete, then the process is fast,” she said, Wednesday (5/4).

For e-ID card service, there are 60 people served per day. The applicants must bring letter from local urban village office, while the data recording is done at urban village office.

Lukman (52), one of applicants, admitted that the process at PTSP is fast. The applicants should not come more than once if the documents are complete.
